Love Always, Tofu Nuggets

Ok, this is one of the easiest things in the world, simple and totally yummy.
You can either do nuggs or slice the tofu longer for sandwich strips!!

So you slice the tofu however you want. little sqaures, or long rectangles, either way, make sure they're not crazy thick.

coat each little slice with some nutr. yeast then sprinkle some lawry's on either side.

Throw it in a pan with some olive oil and flip once it stops making such a loud sizzle noise.

mmmmmmm. they're soo good and soo easy!

Thinking of you, Chocolate Pudding

2 cups of vanilla soy milk (i haven't tried rice or almond milk, but i imagine it's the same)

5 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp Cocoa powder (unsweetened)

3/4 cup raw sugar (or 1/2 cup white sugar)

a splash of vanilla

a sprinkle of cinnamon

Throw it all in a pan and heat it up! whisk the whole time (it takes like five minutes) it'll sort of start to boil, then you'll be like 'eww it's getting chunky!!' that means it's almost done! keep whisking, until it's thickening real good. take it off the heat, whisk until it's an even thickiness, let it cool, throw it in the fridge.

eat it when it's cold.

mmmmmm.

SECRET:: if you let it heat for a little longer, i'm pretty sure you can put it in a pie crust and cool it, and it'll prolly make a mean chocolate silk pie...i'm just guessing, but i'm probably right...

Yours Truly, Vegan Chili

You need these things:
1 Can of:
Kidney beans
White Kidney Beans
Black Beans
Garbanzo beans
Whole Kennel Sweet Corn
Diced Tomatoes
Tomato Paste

1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion
some garliks
like a table spoon of the juice from a can of chipotle peps (or you could prolly use 1 pepp, but they’re just so hawt!)
like 5 stalks of celery
oregano/chili powder/salt/whatever you like for seasonings!

Just saute the veggies in some olive oil and oregano (or howevs you like it) then throw everything in a crock pot! if you cook it on high it only takes like an hour b/c the veggies are already cooked (remember? we just did that)

also, you can totally add some sauteed fake meats, yves smart ground is pretty good…i think that’s all…eat it…or wait for your gf to get home…and eat it together!
